[Manual code issuance] Real-name verification takes about 3-10 mins. After the supplier issues the confirmation voucher, the QR code will be sent to you via the Trip.com app message interface. Present the QR code at the corresponding lounge to redeem.
You can also tap "customer support - supplier online support" to view the confirmation voucher.
Note:
1. For same-day use, the QR code will be sent within 5-10 minutes. For non-same-day use, the QR code will be issued around 6 PM the night before your trip. Contact customer support in advance for special requests.
2. Lounge staff will check your passport, boarding pass and e-voucher, and verify that the name in English is correct before redemption. Therefore, please provide the exact name in English as shown on your flight ticket or boarding pass when placing the booking.
3. Most VIP lounges are located airside. If you have a request to check in early to access the lounge, please contact your airline for early check-in arrangements as we are unable to provide this information.
4. The lounge does not operate on a reservation system. If the lounge is full due to special circumstances, please wait patiently in line. As lounge usage fluctuates, we cannot predict the number of guests at your arrival time.
5. The lounge is purchased with real names and cannot be refunded or changed. Please acknowledge the above information. Thank you for your understanding!

3. Staff issuing tickets are on break from 00:00 to 08:00 GMT+8. Urgent bookings are not accepted during this period, so advance booking is recommended. (Guests using the VIP lounge after 8:00 can purchase normally, and tickets will be issued immediately after 8:00.)
4. After returning to work, we will normally confirm bookings made during the break and issue tickets. If no longer needed, please cancel in time before the booking is confirmed. Uncanceled bookings will proceed with ticket issuance by default and cannot be refunded.
